1. About us
thewealthlibrary.shop ("the Store", "we", "us") is operated by The Wealth Library based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at management@thewealthlibrary.shop. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from the Store.

3. Our products
We sell digital ebooks, delivered by download. We try to describe each product accurately, but cover images and previews are for illustration only. Formats and file sizes are shown on each product page where relevant.

Our ebooks are written and edited by the human team under various pen names with the help of AI writing tools. Every book is reviewed by a human before publication.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but any change won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive your ebook as an instant download and/or by email. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us.

6. Your licence to use our ebooks
When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices. You may not:

  • copy, share, resell, give away or distribute the ebook or any part of it
  • upload it to file-sharing sites, group chats or online communities
  • edit it, claim it as your own work, or use it to create competing products

All content, including text, designs, covers and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law. Breaking these terms may lead to your licence being cancelled without refund and to legal action.

7. Cancellations and refunds
Because our products are digital, your right to cancel ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to this at checkout. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Not financial advice
Our ebooks cover money, personal finance, side hustles and making money online. They are for general education and information only and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We don't know your personal circumstances. Any results, earnings or examples mentioned are illustrations, not promises. How much, if anything, you earn depends on your own effort, skills and circumstances. Before making financial decisions, get advice from a qualified professional.

9. Third-party tools and services
Some ebooks mention third-party websites, apps or AI tools. We don't control these services, which may change their features, prices or terms at any time, and we aren't responsible for them. Using any third-party service is at your own risk and under that service's own terms.

10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

11. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the Store. That includes attempting to hack it, introducing viruses, or using it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access to the Store at any time.

12. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and free offers are subject to any conditions stated with them. They may be withdrawn at any time and can't be exchanged for cash.

13. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts.
