Refund Policy

Digital products
All products sold at The Wealth Library are digital ebooks, delivered instantly by download. Because of this, all sales are final once your download has started. When you buy, you agree to immediate access to the ebook and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins, as permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your legal rights
This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your ebook must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If there's a problem, we'll put it right.

When we'll help
Please contact us if:

• your download link doesn't work or the file won't open
• the file is corrupted, incomplete or not the book you ordered
• you were charged twice for the same order

We'll first try to fix the problem, usually by sending a working file or a new download link. If we can't fix it, we'll give you a full refund.

Cancelling before you download
If you haven't opened or downloaded your ebook yet, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How to request help
Email management@thewealthlibrary.shop with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Free products
Free ebooks, such as Serf's Up when offered at £0, aren't eligible for refunds because no payment was made.
